ELIGIBLE SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on size, weight, and destination. The carrier is selected automatically to ensure safe and reliable delivery for your lamp orders.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

·         Handling / Preparation: 2–3 business days (careful packaging for fragile lamps)

·         Transit (after dispatch): 4–7 business days for most locations

·         Total Delivery Time: 6–10 business days

Delivery timelines can vary due to weather, holidays, carrier capacity, or other unforeseen events.

DAILY CUTOFF TIME

Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.

ORDER & SHIPPING EMAILS

·         Order Confirmation: Sent immediately after checkout with your Order ID, order summary, total, and shipping address.

·         Shipping Confirmation: Sent when your order ships, including a tracking link.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your lamp is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will reship a replacement or provide a suitable solution at no additional cost.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If the address provided at checkout is incorrect and the shipment is returned or undeliverable, we can reship to a corrected address for a flat $10 reship fee (to cover oversized lamp shipping costs).

EXTRA NOTES

·        All prices and fees are in USD.

·        We dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible, in the order received.

·        For fragile items like lamps, please handle packages carefully upon delivery.

RETURN WINDOW

You can request a return within 19 days from the date you receive your order (based on the carrier’s delivery scan). Requests made after this window aren’t eligible.

WHAT’S ELIGIBLE

We accept returns in these cases:

·         Defective or damaged items (including carrier damage on arrival).

·         Non-defective items that are brand-new, unused, and in resellable condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact.

Note: Items showing use/wear, missing original packaging, or damaged after delivery may be refused, especially for fragile lamps.

COSTS & LABELS

·         Returns: Free return label — we’ll email you a link to download & print a prepaid label. A fixed $10 restocking fee applies per return (due to fragile/oversized lamp handling) and will be deducted from your refund.

·         Exchanges: Allowed — a flat $10 shipping fee applies per exchange shipment.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Email support@lavigo.store within 19 days of delivery and include:

1.        Order ID

2.      A brief description of the issue

3.      Photos clearly showing the item’s condition (and any defect, if applicable)

We review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved:

·        We’ll send an RMA and a link to download & print your free return label (for returns).

·        Returns: A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

·        Exchanges: We’ll send a $10 exchange-shipping invoice/link before shipping the replacement.

·        Please pack securely in the original packaging and drop off the parcel within 7 days of approval.

If rejected:

·         We’ll email the reason.

EXCHANGES (HOW IT WORKS)

1.        Tell us the item/variant you’d like instead when you email us.

2.      Pay the $10 exchange-shipping fee (we’ll send a quick pay link).

3.      We ship the replacement after we receive and verify your return meets eligibility.

REFUNDS (TIMING & METHOD)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we issue a refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Bank/PayPal may take an additional 3–5 business days to show.

IMPORTANT NOTES

·         Returns must be pre-approved; unsolicited packages may be refused.

·         Late deliveries due to weather/carrier/holidays aren’t grounds for a refund unless the product arrives damaged.

·         Use the provided prepaid label; we are not responsible for parcels sent with other services without tracking.

·         Keep your Order ID and tracking for reference.
